Health Report Manager
Health Report Manager (HRM®) is a digital health solution funded by the Ministry of Health and managed by OntarioMD that enables clinicians to securely receive patient reports from participating hospitals and community surgical and diagnostic centres. HRM delivers medical record reports, such as discharge summaries, and narrative diagnostic imaging reports (excluding images) from sending facilities directly into patients' charts, within clinician's electronic medical records (EMRs).
Who This is For
HRM is available to clinicians, including physicians and nurse practitioners, who use an EMR certified by OntarioMD. Only certified EMRs are authorized to receive reports from HRM. Contact OntarioMD at support@ontariomd.com to learn more or start the connection process.
