The purpose of this dataset is to capture and monitor outcomes data for patients with head and neck cancer treated with radiotherapy in a provincial, systematic way. This dataset is a collection of patient outcomes from ten head and neck cancer clinics in Ontario.

PHI is required to ensure accurate capture of patient outcomes post-radiotherapy, and to facilitate the identification of inadvertent duplicate cases.
