Prequalification of Home Care Service Providers

Ontario Health atHome, with support from Ontario Health, will administer the service provider prequalification process to support the procurement of home care services across the province. This process commenced on January 28, 2025.

Prequalification is a process that identifies potential vendors eligible to provide publicly funded home care services. Once prequalified, service providers can bid on home care service procurements in Ontario.

The prequalification process aligns with the Ontario Public Service Procurement Directive to ensure openness, fairness and transparency.

Apply for Prequalification in 2025

The service provider prequalification process has commenced. If you wish to apply, please visit the Ontario Tenders Portal. If you have not already registered with the Ontario Tenders Portal, please register to access the application materials and instructions.

Applications will be evaluated after the submission deadline. Successful applicants will be eligible to bid on future procurements for publicly funded home care services.
