In 2023, Ontario Health:
- continued to develop a library of digital accessibility resources to help educate and support staff in developing accessible documents and web content
- continued to assess and update documents and web content for accessibility
- managed a dedicated email for accessibility requests that were submitted through the contact us form on our website
- 95% of new employees completed AODA training
- formalized a new Accommodations Policy in compliance with AODA and this policy is mandatory for all new hires to review
- formalized a new Talent Attraction Policy which supports accommodations during the full recruitment process
